On November 14, Whitefield and Piercetown Fire Departments were dispatched to a barn fire on Midway Road near Pine Trail in Williamston. Upon arrival of the first units, additional manpower was requested from West Pelzer Fire Department. Firefighters worked for several hours to extinguish the fire.
